As long as there are organizations like the liberal prog ACLU, criminals will have more rights than victims and take cases like this one to sue a bartender for doing his job. A bartender is not a babysitter. Libs love to place blame on victims so they don’t have to take any personal responsibility when they break the law or spill hot coffee on themselves.
How about everyone checks their keys at the bar door and has to pass a breathalizer to get them back. Otherwise, they call a cab or CitiScoot where the guy puts his folding scooter in your trunk and drives you in your car home.
Ana, didn’t you know? Drunk drivers are victims of cirumstance. The bartenders forced them to get drunk, their situation in life forced them to drink. These poor victims need to be coddled and sheltered from the cruel world by the state. Idiotic judges make a totally idiotic ruling. A bar cannot be and should not be responsible for adults, it’s a much too large pf a risk that bars have to take.
